Well, folks. We had a few verbal counter offers this evening, but we finally came to an agreement and now have a contract on our house. On April 30th we will be closing on our Nashville townhouse.This will thankfully relieve us of the burden of basically paying for 2 home payments, which is what we've had to do over the last few months since our move down to Atlanta. It will also now allow us to close on our home here in Marietta, thus removing the "lease to own" tag off the place we've been calling home since November. Thanks so much for everyone's continued prayers about us selling the home.
